So I wanted to make something in my crock pot. My obstacle is that my children are not as adventurous when it comes to trying new things. So I decided to try Shredded Buffalo Chicken, since they” LOVE” hot wings. This dish was super simple to make which is a mother’s dream come true.
5 chicken breast
1 TBS of Garlic Powder
1 TBS Onion Powder
1 TBS Paprika
1/4 tsp of black pepper
I do not add salt because the Hot Sauce has enough sodium that you will not need or miss any additional salt.
Put chicken and seasoning in a bag (shake) and let it marinate over night in the refrigerator. (or for a minimum of 2-4 hours) the longer the better.
Once it’s done marinating it’s crock pot time
Add a half a cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce and 1/4 cup of water to your crock pot
Put your chicken in and cook oh high for 4 hour or low for 6 hours
Once it’s done take a fork and shred. I had one of my children to do the shredding and it only took a few minutes and she loved helping.
This is great over a salad with blue cheese or ranch dressing or on a bun with blue cheese crumbles or ranch dressing.
Super easy no fuss and delicious meal
Enjoy!!!!
