Today, I want to share a video on a herb that I really love. Milk Thistle is a must have in my daily supplement regimen. Believe it or not, it was my youngest daughter who brought all of the wonderful benefits of the herb/weed to my attention. We were just having our daily convo and one thing I always ask is…..tell me something NEW. Which means it can’t be something you learned in school. It has to be something you learned independently of schooling. So she tells me all about this wonderful herb and I am truly impressed with all that she shared with me.
She finally ends the convo by saying….you should do some research on it and see for yourself and tell me what you learned. The nerve of this kid using my own line on me….lol. I have to admit that I love that she has a genuine interest in topics like this.
Needless to say, I heeded her wise advice and did some research and now I want to share that information with all of you.
