Great article to share. Most people assume stress and pain are part of “normal” existence. Teaching people that healthy existence free from negative physical and emotional pain is actually the NORM, and that self induced negative habits altering our bodies from behaving in a naturally healthy manner is the environment most people face today, is an important lesson to learn.
