Get A Good Night Sleep

Hello everyone and welcome,

There is nothing and I mean nothing like getting a Good Night of Sleep. It does wonders for the body. Being someone who struggles with bouts of insomnia for the past 20 years and trying all sorts of things. I can definitely appreciate what it means to get a good night’s sleep. You know the kind of sleep where you sleep so deep that you are completely unaware of the thunderstorm that took place the night before until your friends ask you about it the next day.

Well, today I’m here to share with you how I accidentally found something to help me get a good nights rest. I was looking for a home air purifier and the one I was interested in was out of stock in store and online…….so I did the next best thing Google to find another. In my quest, I discovered that WBM%20Himalayan Glow Hand Carved Natural Crystal Himalayan Salt Lamp With Genuine Neem Wood Base, Bulb And Dimmer Control.8 to 9 Inch, 8 to 11 lbs.Himalayan Pink Salt Lamps naturally purify the air. Here’s how the lamp works.

“Water vapors are always circulating in the air of any room of your house. Thes water vapor’s carry with it allergens like dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke particles, and even bacteria and viruses.

Salt is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts water molecules from the surrounding air. A large block of rock salt, like a Himalayan salt lamp, is especially attractive to water vapor and its pollutants.

Once attracted to the salt lamp, these microscopic compounds remain on the salt and not floating in the air where you can breathe them in.

As Himalayan salt lamps slowly become saturated with water vapor they attract from the air around them, the heat, from the lamp inside or beneath, dries them, thus continuing the hygroscopic effect for as long as the light is on.

This heat also re-releases water vapor back into the air. Importantly, any airborne contaminants attracted to the salt lamp remain trapped there and will not become airborne again.”

So I bought the WBM Himalayan Glow Hand Carved Natural Crystal Himalayan Salt Lamp With Genuine Neem Wood Base, Bulb And Dimmer Control.8 to 9 Inch, 8 to 11 lbs.lamp for its air purification abilities. Little did I know it would also help me sleep oh so deeply and be capable of so much more….

Neutralizing electromagnetic radiation

Reduce asthma and allergy symptoms

Improve breathing

Increase energy levels

Reduce stress and increase performance

Improve Mood & Concentration

Have you tried a Himalayan Pink Salt Lamp if so what’s been your experience? If not would you be willing to give it a try?

  1. Sleep is something I never seem to get enough of, Primarily because yep! insomnia but even after I wake up on my own I find myself just as tired before going to bed :-\

    • I know the struggle all too well. I haven’t slept this deeply…..probably since I was a child long ago. I have been feeling refreshed and recharged when I wake now. I sleep through the night…finally. This was the best accidental find.

Here’s wishing you a good night’s sleep very soon!

      • I highly recommend trying out the lamp….I’ve recommended this to a few friends and family members and everyone says it has helped their sleep, sinus and allergy issues. My daughters (who don’t have sleeping issues) tell me they sleep deeper and they have not been waking up grumpy in the morning….which is huge.

  2. Hi Timeka,

    How’ve you been?

Hmmm…This is an interesting looking lamp. I wish I owned one, it’s both beautiful and functional. 🙂

@ “completely unaware of the thunderstorm” I haven’t slept like that in a while, I’m a very restless sleeper, I wake up at the slightest sound.

    • Hi Nedoux,
I am well. BTW congratulations on your sewing classes…..I wish I lived nearby to attend. They look like so much fun and I could absorb some of your meticulous sewing skills.

I’m usually a light sleeper and hear everything but lately…..I’ve been sleeping so deeply I don’t hear a thing until my alarm goes off in the morning.

Another great thing is they are very inexpensive around $20 US and are made to last!

  3. I’m so happy to have found this post! I am a firm believer (and user) of these amazing salty wonders…yes I even licked my lamp! lol! They work just as you say! i keep one in my bedroom and must admit I get a better night’s sleep every time I use it. After reading your offering I believe I need more of them. Thank you for posting!
