Hello everyone,
Welcome to………..
This recipe came about because I was in the middle of baking and ran out powdered sugar. I totally thought I had enough in the pantry but I was oh so wrong. Since I was in the middle of baking I really didn’t want to run out to the store to pick some up. So I decide to make my own. Especially since it’s so easy and only requires 2 ingredients and my blender.
Let’s dive right in and get started.

Ingredients:
1 C organic cane sugar
1 tsp organic corn starch
Method:
- Add ingredients to your blender and blend for 1 minute. Allow the dust to settle and blend again for 1 more minute. (* make sure your blender is completely dry so you get the right consistency.)
- Sift to make your powdered sugar into a very fine consistency and store in an air-tight container.
This recipe yields about 1 3/4 C – 2 C of powdered sugar.
That’s all that’s to it. Now you can have powdered sugar on hand whenever you need it. Feel free to check out DIY Organic Brown Sugar recipe here. It really quick and simple, you’ll never want to buy store-bought again.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by, I greatly appreciate it
