Since I was a teenager I’ve been dealing with sinus issue’s. I was put on all sorts of medications only for them to cause other issues. So I quickly left behind the prescriptions.

My mom suggested the Neti pot….which by her demonstration looked scary and uncomfortable. But what was I to do….keep suffering or give this thing a try. So I gave it a try….it burned like crazy….it was messy…I wondered was she secretly punishing me or something…lol.

Little did I know this Neti pot would render me some relief and become a part of my daily regimen for year’s and year’s and I would adjust to the discomforts.
