DIY 20 Minute Kimono Cardigan

Hello Everyone,

Welcome To Thread It Thursday!!!!

imageA few week’s back I mentioned that I cleaned out my fabric stash. In that stash, I found some large scrap pieces which I used for a project Be an e-tailPR blogger” target=”_blank”>here. Also in that stash was this sheer like white knit…..that I have been meaning to do something with since I started sewing 4 or 5 years ago.  When I saw it I immediately knew this would be great for a Kimono Cardigan.

With the fabric in hand, I needed to find a really easy tutorial.

To make my project a little simple and quick I used a light weight knit and I didn’t hem anything. Which is why this project only took 20 minutes from start to finish. If you’re looking to make a cardigan like this with a more structured fabric and check out this tutorial here. It just takes a bit more time……but it’s worth it if you have the time.

Thanks so much for stopping by, it’s truly appreciated.

Happy Sewing & Until Next Time,
