I saw this Valentino look on Polyvore and I remembered, that I made a skirt similar a couple of year’s back. So I decided to pull it out and somewhat recreate the look.

The fabric is 1 yard of pleated gold lame’. Which I bought at my local Hancock Fabric’s. I simply did an elastic casing at the waist and no hemming required. Very quick and easy to make.
