Welcome to Thread it Thursday.
This post is all about turning a sewing disaster into something wearable. This Duster Jacket was suppose to be a dress. Until, this sewing project went horribly wrong. My first thought was to scrap it and move on………but I hated the thought of letting this cute fabric just go to waste. Then I had that Tim Gunn of Project Runway make it work moment.
May I present the three quarter sleeve duster jacket.

Nice..:) The Make it work moments come way too often at my end..lol 🙂 I like that about sewing.. That’s my reminder I was born for this.. When you can turn a mess( in our eyes most times..lol) into something Fab..:)
