We all love when we come home with a great piece of jewelry. We can’t wait to wear it. What we all hate is when it’s no longer looking like it did, when we first bought it. Well I’m going to share a great tip to preserve your jewelry.

Supplies:

Waxed Paper
Mod Podge Clear Acrylic Sealer Spray (Gloss Finish)

Instructions:

Lay your jewelry onto the waxed paper and give it a light even coat using the acrylic spray starting with the back side. Let it dry for 1-2 hours.

Repeat the process to the front. Allow the necklace to dry overnight. (Use the Acrylic Spray Outdoors or in a well ventilated area.)

I have sprayed this directly over rhinestone’s and beads without it causing any cloudiness.

I purchased both necklaces from Francesca’s. It was buy one at full price, get 1 for $10.00. The neon was $32.00 and the pearls were 10.00 and retailed for 28.00.

I can’t remember where I purchased this necklace online but I remember paying $15.00 marked down from $29.00. I bought it a year ago and it still looks like new .
