Hello all,

On a recent grocery shopping trip I stumbled upon Trader Joe’s Coconut Oil Cooking Spray.  I haven’t used a cooking spray in a long time and since my Misto no longer works……I thought I would give it a try. This cooking spray has pretty decent ingredients as far as cooking sprays go. So I had to try. I love baking and cooking with this spray. It doesn’t alter the taste of my food in any way. Works great on sweet and savory food. So if you happen to see it in the store, I certainly think it’s worth trying out.  If you use or can recommend a good cooking spray with minimal chemicals an additives please share. I am always looking to try new things.
