Here is a really quick and easy Flounder Recipe. So let’s get cooking.
4 pieces of Flounder
1/4 tsp of Sea Salt
1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp of Onion Powder
1 tsp of Paprika
1 tsp Parsley
3 tsp of Parmesan Cheese
Pre-heat your oven to 400°
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add your seasoning and cheese to a bowl, stir to evenly combine.
Coat each piece of Flounder with your seasoning mix on both sides.
Drizzle on a little oil and bake for 10 minutes.
